Systems Health Assessment and Performance Evaluation (SHAPE)

EMA offers a solution that will help your company reduce infrastructure support costs while simultaneously maximizing productivity. Our SHAPE program is a weekly system health check-up that ensures your IT systems are up-to-date and firing on all cylinders. Evaluations include software, anti-virus, performance, and disc space monitoring, as well as a review of problem logs and system message checking. With remote connection via Citrix technology, our experts can evaluate your system status remotely and send you weekly updates in reports or even notify you if immediate actions need to be taken.
